Natalie Berry is Network Manager at MUFG Securities EMEA plc (MUFG). Natalie joined MUFG in 2015 and has over 10 years of Network Management experience. Based in London, Natalie has responsibility for managing the subcustodian relationships for MUFG. Her recent work has focused on intraday liquidity within the broker dealer and subcustodian environment, following the issuance of the Prudential Regulation Authority consultation paper covering liquidity provision in stress environments.
Prior to MUFG, Natalie was Network Manager at Jefferies where she was based in London and Dubai between 2011 and 2015 and also held a position within Network Services at RBC 2006 - 2011.

Karen Birkel is the Chairperson of the T2S Change Review Group at the ECB in the Market Infrastructure Development Division. In this capacity, she is responsible for the functionality of T2S and has been involved in the T2S project since 2009. Before that she worked on projects in the area of capital markets at European banks and institutions since 1998.
Ms Birkel holds a degree in computer science from the university of the Orange Free State in South Africa.

Based in New Jersey, Georgiana has the responsibility of managing a global network consisting of 19 sub-custodian relationships covering over 75 markets. Georgiana represents the bank at many industry functions and events. She plays a vital role in mitigating risk and ensuring proper service levels are met.

He has previously served at the Bank of England, Deutsche Bank, BNY Mellon and most recently at Standard Chartered as an executive director. Bone was a member of the ISSA working group on DLT and a judge on SWIFT’s Innotribe 2016 DLT Challenge

Charles is working in the SWIFT securities standards department. He has a global responsibility to strengthen Standards’ engagement with the market and the rest of the Marketing division. Charles is involved in several industry groups (ISO TC68, vice convenor of the ISO 20022 securities Standards Evaluation Group (SEG), programme director at the SMPG (securities market practice group), member of ISITC …). Prior to joining SWIFT, Charles was a senior manager with the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC I&TS) where he was responsible for ensuring that RBC I&TS followed the international standards, leveraging the various products that SWIFT is developing for the community.
Charles holds a MBA from McNeese State University in LA, USA.

He joined the company in July 2005 after twelve years in the custody and clearing business, in a variety of front office sales and relationship management positions.
