Noor leads the delivery of HSBC's end-to-end securities services solutions in Singapore. With a passion for enhancing client experience through digitisation, Noor and her team support institutional investors in leveraging the Bank's full suite of asset servicing solutions, comprising Custody and Clearing, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Trustee & Fiduciary Services.

Noor joined HSBC in 2004 and has since held several senior positions across the Bank's wholesale divisions. Prior to joining the Singapore franchise in 2021, Noor was Regional Head of Global Liquidity and Cash Management, Middle East, North Africa and Turkey; a position which saw her become the Bank's first female Managing Director in the region to run a front-line business. Previous roles also include Head of Wholesale Banking for Jordan and Regional Head of Client Management for the Liquidity and Cash Management business.

With more than two decades of corporate banking experience, Noor was named as one of the '50 most influential women in Middle East Finance' by the Financial News in 2019. Noor has an MBA from the University of Jordan and is a trained accountant.

Previously, Simona was Head of ASEAN Standards and Capital Markets where she led a team of experts who shaped market practices by advising ASEAN institutions on ISO standards and by leading market practice groups.
Simona has experience as account director for securities players in APAC and prior to this she worked for SWIFT in Belgium and Helsinki research center in Finland.
Simona has several degrees in Computer Science and International Business in Romania, Finland and Belgium.

Boon-Hiong Chan is the Head of Fund Services and Head of Securities Market & Technology Advocacy, SES Product Management. Based in Singapore and with over 20 years of experience, he specialises in the intersection of technology and financial services with capital market’s legal and regulatory considerations to help clients and his firm pursue change-managed growth. His experiences include technology experiments, leading product development in structured finance services, depository receipts and complex debt services, strategy & market expansion, implementing new operating models, building business resiliency and corporate development.

Boon is DB’s Voting Representative in the Association of Global Custodians; Co-Chair, Post-Trade Committee, ASIFMA; Co-Vice Chair, Fintech Committee, ASIFMA; and DB’s representative in GFMA Digital Working Group, DTCC APAC Executive Council and APAC CSD Group. He is also a panel judge in innovation programs, and holds qualifications in accountancy, computation and cybersecurity.

Lyndon Chao is Managing Director of ASIFMA's Equities and Post Trade Division, responsible for ASIFMA's Equities Committee, Equity Capital Markets Committee, Post Trade Committee and China Capital Markets Committee, helping the Industry advocate for reforms across markets in Asia. In addition, Lyndon also leads a number of working groups, including the India Equities Steerco, China Equities WG, Korea Equities WG, Proprietary Trading WG and the Listed Warrants WG.
Lyndon is a seasoned leader in financial services who before joining ASIFMA built a 26-year career with Morgan Stanley across several markets in the capacity of Managing Director spanning New York, Hong Kong, Beijing, Taipei and Shanghai, mostly serving as COO. Lyndon was also seconded by Morgan Stanley both to CICC for its initial launch as well as to CIC as a senior consultant. He then joined UBS to build a Shanghai Business Solutions Center as Managing Director/General Manager. He also served as Trustee on the Board of the Shanghai American School and remains a Protector on the SAS Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, he served as the Head of Securities Services and Product Sales for Non-Bank Financial Institutions and Public Sector for Standard Chartered Bank (China) for over nine years. He has 30 years of experience in the financial industry, and has held various senior sales and relationship management roles for several financial institutions including: Standard Chartered, JPMorgan, The Bank of New York, and Citibank. He has worked in New York, Singapore, Shanghai and Hong Kong.

Cornelia “Nellie” Dagdag is Managing Director for APAC Marketing & Communications and Regional Administrative Manager for Asia Pacific at DTCC. Based in the Philippines, Nellie spearheads establishing a strong industry presence and company reputation in the region through client events and partnerships with key infrastructure providers and industry associations.
Apart from her Marketing & Communications responsibilities, Nellie provides senior leadership guidance and mentoring to DTCC’s business operations in Asia Pacific, driving strategic initiatives to accelerate the growth of DTCC’s community of broker/dealers, custodian banks and asset managers operating in the region. She also provides senior leadership to DTCC Manila, the firm’s key operational center in APAC.
Nellie is also a Philippine representative/member of the ASEAN+3 Bond Market Forum (ABMF) and was also a member of the ASEAN+3 Group of Experts (GOE), two regional groups tasked by member countries with identifying barriers to liquidity in fixed income trading and settlement in ASEAN+3. Tim Hogben is the Group Executive of the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). Tim has overall responsibility for the live service environment at ASX. In addition to this he has responsibility for providing clearing and settlement services to Chi-X Australia, National Stock Exchange (NSX) and Sydney Stock Exchange (SSX).
He has a thorough understanding of the operational, technical and regulatory complexities that drive trading, clearing and settlement from both a stock exchange and market user perspective. This has been formed through considerable experience in service delivery, operational workflows, system development, control environments and managing "1 in 20 year" events.
