Noor leads the delivery of HSBC's end-to-end securities services solutions in Singapore. With a passion for enhancing client experience through digitisation, Noor and her team support institutional investors in leveraging the Bank's full suite of asset servicing solutions, comprising Custody and Clearing, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Trustee & Fiduciary Services.

Noor joined HSBC in 2004 and has since held several senior positions across the Bank's wholesale divisions. Prior to joining the Singapore franchise in 2021, Noor was Regional Head of Global Liquidity and Cash Management, Middle East, North Africa and Turkey; a position which saw her become the Bank's first female Managing Director in the region to run a front-line business. Previous roles also include Head of Wholesale Banking for Jordan and Regional Head of Client Management for the Liquidity and Cash Management business.

With more than two decades of corporate banking experience, Noor was named as one of the '50 most influential women in Middle East Finance' by the Financial News in 2019. Noor has an MBA from the University of Jordan and is a trained accountant.

Previously, Simona was Head of ASEAN Standards and Capital Markets where she led a team of experts who shaped market practices by advising ASEAN institutions on ISO standards and by leading market practice groups.
Simona has experience as account director for securities players in APAC and prior to this she worked for SWIFT in Belgium and Helsinki research center in Finland.
Simona has several degrees in Computer Science and International Business in Romania, Finland and Belgium.

Boon-Hiong Chan is the Head of Fund Services and Head of Securities Market & Technology Advocacy, SES Product Management. Based in Singapore and with over 20 years of experience, he specialises in the intersection of technology and financial services with capital market’s legal and regulatory considerations to help clients and his firm pursue change-managed growth. His experiences include technology experiments, leading product development in structured finance services, depository receipts and complex debt services, strategy & market expansion, implementing new operating models, building business resiliency and corporate development.

Boon is DB’s Voting Representative in the Association of Global Custodians; Co-Chair, Post-Trade Committee, ASIFMA; Co-Vice Chair, Fintech Committee, ASIFMA; and DB’s representative in GFMA Digital Working Group, DTCC APAC Executive Council and APAC CSD Group. He has led and transformed teams in the UK and Asia Pacific, with responsibility for managing and growing businesses across diverse locations and cultures, strategy development and execution, navigating market structure change, regulatory affairs, operational risk management, and provision of fintech and regtech-based services.

Lukas Conrad is Regional Head Securities Services APAC at SIX and is responsible for market intelligence, relationship management, customer support and sales of settlement and international custody services. He has been in the securities services industry since the beginning of his career which started in 2007 at Credit Suisse where he led several teams in the area of Operations with initial experience in Asia.

He joined SIX in 2016 as a Senior Relationship Manager and in 2021 he was appointed to his current role and relocated to Singapore to build up the office for SIX SIS in APAC. Lukas is a senior manager with extensive experience in client relationship and leading teams.

In his current role Ryan has a focus on technological enablement for Global Banks, Broker Dealers and Asset Managers and the variants that can lead to efficiencies and scalability. Prior to that Ryan worked for international banks and equities brokers in many operational and client-facing roles.

Celia “Nellie” Dagdag is Managing Director for APAC Marketing & Communications and Regional Administrative Manager for Asia Pacific at DTCC. Based in the Philippines, Nellie spearheads establishing a strong industry presence and company reputation in the region through client events and partnerships with key infrastructure providers and industry associations.
Apart from her Marketing & Communications responsibilities, Nellie provides senior leadership guidance and mentoring to DTCC’s business operations in Asia Pacific, driving strategic initiatives to accelerate the growth of DTCC’s community of broker/dealers, custodian banks and asset managers operating in the region. She also provides senior leadership to DTCC Manila, the firm’s key operational center in APAC.
Nellie is also a Philippine representative/member of the ASEAN+3 Bond Market Forum (ABMF) and was also a member of the ASEAN+3 Group of Experts (GOE), two regional groups tasked by member countries with identifying barriers to liquidity in fixed income trading and settlement in ASEAN+3. ASEAN+3 is an aggrupation of the 10 ASEAN member-countries plus Japan, Korea and China.

He was the Founder of Senfinasia, a management consultancy practice focusing primarily on Securities Post-trade and Market Infrastructures’ developments.
Philippe was Managing Director, Head of the Markets & Initiatives team in the Asia Pacific region, and member of the SWIFT Asia Pacific management team.
Prior to joining SWIFT, Philippe was Managing Director and Regional Head of Intermediaries and Market Infrastructures at Citi Securities Services for Asia Pacific.
Before that, he was Head of Asia Pacific for Euroclear and worked for Fortis Bank in a variety of executive roles in both Europe and Asia.
He is based in Hong Kong for the past 21 years.

Mike joined the Asia Pacific Network Management team in 2012 spending four years as a network manager and two years managing Network Client Consulting before taking on his current role in 2018.

She has over 15 years of experience in post trade services for Financial Institutions.

Hai Jade is also responsible for the Market Insights function which is driven by regional experts who work with the local markets to distribute our market newsflashes to clients and consolidate information and feedback on our market advocacy efforts.

Prior to working at Standard Chartered, Hai Jade worked in the relationship management team at Citi in London and then Singapore, responsible for client relationships with Market Infrastructures and Broker Dealers.

Brian joined HSBC on 17th September 2007 and during this time ran Global and Regional Markets Operations teams across Equities and Fixed Income Securities, Prime Finance, Equity Derivatives, Asset Services and Tax.
In January 2016, Brian moved in to the HSBC Securities Services Organisation to run the Broker Outsourcing proposition, providing post trade securities services to its internal Markets partners and the external broker dealer community.
In January 2019, Brian relocated to Hong Kong to take on the Regional Head role of HSBC Securities Services Asia Pacific across 18 countries and territories. And in July 2021, Brian also took on the additional responsibilities of HSBC Securities Services MENAT.
Prior to joining HSBC, Brian worked at Morgan Stanley for 13 years, working in predominantly Global Markets Operations, Change, Technology and Client Relationship Management roles across all asset classes.
Over the years Brian has worked on industry initiatives across the Securities arena, and continues to work with a number of industry bodies, market associations and vendors. Brian attended London Guildhall University, gaining a 2.1 BA Honours in Financial Economics, and subsequently joined a small Private Wealth Management bank before joining Morgan Stanley during May 1994.

Mike has over 30 years’ experience in banking. He spent most of his career with JPMorgan and was most recently a Managing Director leading their APAC Markets and Infrastructure Management team responsible for the sourcing of cash and securities services across all lines of business. The role included the procurement, due diligence, risk analysis and mitigation, market advocacy and the ongoing management of the service providers.

Prior to moving to Asia, Mike held global and regional roles in the clearing and cash management businesses, from Operations, Service, Sales, Product and Relationship Management.

He has been based in Hong Kong for the last 10 years.

A.J. was CEO of Managed Investments for BNY Mellon APAC where he built the company’s global wealth platform from scratch. He initiated ESG investing and was recognized by Asian Private Banker with the Asset Management Award for Excellence. He also worked at Nomura as Managing Director of Asset Management Hong Kong, leading the strategy to digitalize third party capabilities for Asia.

Tim Hogben is the Chief Operating Officer of the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). Tim has overall responsibility for the live service environment at ASX. This incorporates compliance with licensing conditions, execution of the organisations business strategy and delivering service excellence to customers. In addition to this he has responsibility for providing clearing and settlement services to Chi-X Australia, National Stock Exchange (NSX) and Sydney Stock Exchange (SSX).
He has a thorough understanding of the operational, technical and regulatory complexities that drive trading, clearing and settlement from both a stock exchange and market user perspective. This has been formed through considerable experience in service delivery, operational workflows, system development, control environments and managing "1 in 20 year" events.
More recently Tim has been exploring next generation technologies such as digital assets, distributed ledgers and block chain for potential use in financial services.

Sriram Krishnan co-heads the Global Transaction Banking business for Deutsche Bank in India overall in addition to specific responsibility for the Securities Services business for India & the sub-continent. In his current role, he is a member of Deutsche Bank’s India Management Board. Sriram joined Deutsche Bank in 2015 and has overall work experience of more than 25 years, largely within the Indian capital markets space. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Sriram has worked with Citi, HSBC, Franklin Templeton and Stock Holding Corporation, and has managed leadership roles over the last 17 years across multiple businesses across Sales, Relationship Management, Projects, Operations and Finance.

In addition to his responsibility as India Board Member, Sriram also serves on the Executive Councils for APAC Corporate Bank, APAC Securities Services and Global Securities Services. Sriram is a qualified Chartered Accountant as well as Cost Accountant from India.

Alex has more than 18 years’ experience in international banking and the securities services industry. Before joining LCH in May 2019, he was Head of Sales and Relationship Management for Global Broker Dealer Services within Societe Generale Securities Services for almost three years. Prior to this, he held various senior roles at J.P. Morgan, including Executive Director and member of the Broker Sales team within Investor Services, and Citi.

Additionally, Alex has served on the Supervisory Board of AS Privatbank, Latvia and is a former member of the Supervisory Board of the National Settlement Depository (Russian Central Securities Depository). He holds a BA(Hons) degree in Economics from Thames Valley University and an MSc in Business Finance from Brunel University.
