Anutosh Banerjee is a Partner at Oliver Wyman based in Singapore. Anutosh has over 15 years of experience in management consulting and executive management roles in the Financial Services industry.
Most recently, Anutosh was a member of the regional management team at Barclays in Asia Pacific. He held a range of roles at the bank initially as the Head of Strategy and subsequently as the Chief Administrative Officer and Business Manager for Barclays International, APAC. In these roles, he was a member of the Barclays Asia Pacific Executive Committee (AP EXCO) and several other key governance and decision making committees. He led the day-to-day business management of Barclays businesses, countries and entities in APAC from a regional perspective. Over the eight years spent at the bank, Anutosh has designed and executed large scale strategic transformations, M&A transactions and partnerships. He has identified growth opportunities in new and existing businesses while maintaining a sizeable cost base to high control standards. Anutosh was also on the Board of several trading companies and legal entities that Barclays operated in the region.
Prior to Barclays, Anutosh was a Principal at Oliver Wyman focused on Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) and Wealth and Asset Management (WAM). He joined Oliver Wyman in London and move to Singapore to support the build of the CIB and WAM practices in APAC. Anutosh has extensive project experience across a range of strategic, operational and market transformation topics working with sovereign and financial institution clients in Europe and APAC primarily in institutional banking and asset management. He has also co-authored multiple publications such as with Morgan Stanley on the outlook for financial services sector in India.
Prior to Oliver Wyman and business school, Anutosh worked at a start-up professional services company. He grew rapidly to Group Manager of a business research and analytics practice serving private equity funds, private banks, asset managers and planning divisions of blue-chip corporates.
Anutosh has a Bachelor of Technology in Industrial and Production Engineering (silver medal) from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, India. He graduated with an MBA from INSEAD at Fontainebleau, France.

Dominic Che joined Hong Kong Exchange in early 2018 and serves as VP to the Fixed Income and Currency department. This latest mandate has Dominic focusing on both Product Development in the FIC vertical and a client engagement component, where his extensive relationships in India and Middle East looks to add a different dimension to HKEX.

Before HKEX, a 12½ year tenure at SGX saw Dominic led efforts into India with notable contributions to developing the Nifty index product suite, Islamic finance initiatives and Rupee currency product offerings. Prior to SGX, Dominic held senior positions with JP Morgan and Barclays Capital at both the London and Singapore offices encompassing over fourteen years. He was responsible for the fixed income and derivative sales with coverage spanning Hedge funds, Relative-Value trading desks, Pension and Sovereign Wealth Fund clients.

Chris Daniels - is the Chief Data Officer for the Corporate Bank and leads the Data Services Tribe which provide data capabilities including data and records management, big data platforms, data modelling and data science as part of an agile at scale operating model across the division.

Before taking over as Chief Data Officer, Chris led the Data Factory team running the big data platform for the Corporate Bank and prior to that was the Head of Data Products and Governance for the Securities Services business.

Chris joined Deutsche Bank in 2008 and has held roles in Operations and Technology before moving to the Corporate Bank.

Chris graduated with a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Nottingham.

Based in Singapore since 2005, Paul is currently responsible for HSBC’s APAC Securities & Cash Network Management & Market Intelligence function, covering Group businesses for Global Banking & Markets, Global Private Bank and Retail Bank Wealth Management.

Prior to this, Paul was the Asia Regional President of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI). Paul also has experience as COO of a boutique alternative investment firm after having been Regional Sub-Custody Product Head for JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. where he was developing an Asia Pacific business from Singapore. Danielle Henderson is a Senior Vice President and Head of Market Advocacy and Innovation Research for Asia Pacific, Northern Trust, based in Sydney.

Danielle leads interaction with key industry bodies, regulators and governments to positively influence market changes in line with the organisation’s strategic direction. The function also supports new opportunities to accelerate profitable business growth while promoting the next-generation enterprise operating models for clients.

Danielle has over 20 years’ experience within the financial services industry which includes experience across the global securities and market infrastructure sectors delivering post-trade services to large and complex clients in Asia Pacific and Europe, Middle East and Africa. She has a strong focus on commercial strategy, emerging technology and innovation.

Danielle has acted as an independent consultant, advocating for market infrastructure development for the Australian securities industry. She was previously general manager for the Australian Securities Exchange’s (ASX) clearing services where she led product and service innovation in response to regulatory change and competition reform. She was responsible for the market-wide move to T+2 settlements.

Danielle also held a number of senior roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and BNP Paribas where she ran relationship management and service functions in international prime brokerage. She has expertise in regulated market businesses and managing capital and risk.

Danielle holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) Degree from the University of Sydney

Ross is a subject matter expert and frequent speaker on international withholding tax.
