He has extensive experience in start-up business planning and execution as well as finance arrangement. Before joining Namibian Stock Exchange, he served as an executive in the Telecommunication and banking industries. Tiaan is a previous Chairman of the Namibia Employers Association.

Prior to Joining Standard Bank, Chenge was Head: Investor Services and FI Sales at Stanbic Bank Zambia, a position she held since 2016. Before this, she occupied various roles across many organisations in Zambia's Investment Banking and Stockbroking sectors.
Chenge has a bachelor of Economics, an MBA and is passionate about Sustainability in Investments/Finance.

Hari has more than 25 years of Securities Services industry experience during which he has held executive management positions at Deutsche Bank in India, Indonesia and the Asia Pacific regional office in Singapore.

Over the past 7 years Neal has played various roles within Maitland Group, including Group Chief Information Officer and Head of Global Fund Services prior to APEX Fund Services acquiring Maitland Group South Africa in December 2022. Currently he Heads up APEX Fund Services South Africa covering Fund Administration and Transfer Agency Operations. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He has played a leading role on various industry bodies, including the Association for Savings & Investment South Africa where is currently representing APEX Fund Services South Africa on the Technical and Operations Board.

Carel started his career as a chemical engineer in the energy industry. He now works as the Research Group Leader for Distributed Ledger Technologies at the CSIR.
Carel has extensive experience in blockchain technology and acts as a thought leader in the South African industry. Since he discovered the technology in 2016, he co-founded a training institution and software company that specialises in blockchain engineering. Over the years, he has coached numerous executives on the technology such as law firms, insurance providers, regulators and commercial banks, both locally and abroad.

Before joining Swift, Roberta worked 9 years for Standard Chartered Bank gaining experience in Transaction Banking, Global Account Management and Financial Crime Compliance, covering a large portfolio of Financial Institutions in Southern Europe with responsibility amongst others over risk acceptance at credit and compliance level.
Prior to joining Standard Chartered she worked at BNY Mellon, gaining extensive knowledge in the Asset Servicing industry by covering roles in different geographies (Brussels, London, Milan).
Roberta has accrued a longstanding experience of over 20 years covering different responsibilities in various areas of expertise. She speaks Italian, English, Spanish and French.
Roberta holds a degree in Foreign Languages and Literature from the Catholic University of Milan, Italy.

Mr. Haruna Jalo-Waziri is an experienced Financial Markets Expert, his award-winning career spanned over twenty-five years in Capital Markets. He has vast experience in Deal Origination, Investment Management, Securities Trading and Regulation.

He started his career at the Nigeria Stock Exchange and subsequently moved to the Securities and Exchange Commission, the apex regulatory organization of the Capital Markets in Nigeria. He worked with Afrinvest West Africa (formerly SECTRUST) and Kakawa Discount House Ltd where he started the Asset Management Department, which he later transformed to a full fledge company “Kakawa Asset Management Limited” (now FBN Merchant Bank). He later joined the services of First Alliance Pension & Benefits Limited (Now ARM Pensions Limited) in partnership with Mcube South Africa.

In 2007, he was appointed MD/CEO of UBA Stockbrokers Limited, a subsidiary of United Bank for Africa (UBA Plc) which he successfully made one of the top 5 securities trading companies in Nigeria. He thereafter became the MD/CEO of UBA Asset Management Ltd.
